Job Description
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, social media clips, and corporate presentations, ensuring all videos are on-brand and optimized for various platforms.
- Maintain consistency in design and video style, adhering to the brand guidelines to enhance our visual identity across all channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for marketing content, ensuring a cohesive approach across all media types. ????
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design and video production processes.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design and video output.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, vMix). : Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze design and video performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
