Job Description
- Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements
- Design infographics, presentations, and promotional assets to support branding and marketing campaigns
- Work on video editing projects, including short promotional clips, animations, and social media content
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, ideate and develop new design concepts
- Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest fresh ideas for improving visual content
- Take feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and online tools like Canva
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Creativity and a strong passion for design
- Ability to make informed decisions
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn new concepts, techniques, and software as needed
- Effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Adaptability to a fast-paced team environment
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Background in design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Work experience or internships in design are a plus
- Certification in graphic design or related skills is an advantage
