Graphic Designer

Job Role and Responsibilities

1. Design and Illustration: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
2. Image Editing: Enhance and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure they align with our brand's aesthetics and message.
3. Print Design: Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners using Adobe InDesign.
4. Video Editing: Edit and create engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
5. Web Design: Utilize CSS, HTML, and WordPress to design and update web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent branding.
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements, and collaborate effectively to achieve them.
8. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills 

1. Education: A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
2. Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
3. Web Skills: Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and WordPress for web design and development.
4. Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
5. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6. Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
