Job Description
- Commodity Pricing: Conduct thorough and rigorous liaising to ensure accurate and realistic pricing of iron ore. Handle queries related to pricing processes with precision.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IOSCO principles, focusing on transparency in the pricing development mechanism and effective management of client grievances.
- Content Development: Lead the creation of high-caliber content by strictly following the Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG). Conduct periodic audits of articles, identify any shortcomings, and ensure timely rectification.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly engage with assigned Data Points/Partners (DPs), fostering strong working relationships and identifying opportunities to develop new partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Academic Excellence: A strong academic background with a B.E. / B.Tech (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) and an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, including fluency in English and effective body language. Strong writing skills are essential for developing high-quality analytical articles, insights, emails, and reports.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, combined with a high level of integrity, commitment, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Positive Attitude: A positive mental attitude, high enthusiasm, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a strong sense of integrity and commitment. They should be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude toward challenges.
