Opening for MYNTRA Voice Process @ STARTEK
It's WORK FROM OFFICE
Hiring is on for the customer care executive job role.
Criteria:
Candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi comms .
Qualification:
Intermediate/Class 12 pass & above.
Salary:
Fresher
15750 CTC with 12000 rupees in hand
1 year above experience
19000 CTC with 14889 rupees in hand
Quarterly bonus is also there of Rupees 3012.
Timings:
6 working days with 1 rotational week off.
Total staffing time is rotational 9 hours out of which 8 hours of work and 1 hour of break.
(Shift window is from 7 am to 2 am) & alternative graveyard shift training. can be 10 pm to 7 am.
Interview Rounds:
First an HR round and Ops round & if gets selected then below assessments.
Written versant test + Typing test + Psychometric test
