Job Description:
-Able to follow up aggressively with clients and should be able to grow business.
-Will be leading a team as well so he/she should be able to work with people and at the same
time, should be very hands-on
-Working in direction for achieving the set targets
-Lead management (Leads given by company)
-Individual/ Team targets to be achieved
-Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential clients
-Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

An ideal candidate for us:
Mandatory experience of minimum 5 years
-Excellence in real estate with a positive attitude and team playing ability
-Establishing an instant rapport with clients
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
