Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of real
estate professionals at Estatex Landbase Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong
background in real estate sales, team management, and client relationships. As a Team Leader,
you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of your team, setting and achieving
sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective
communication between team members and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
â Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve
company sales goals and maintain high performance.
â Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize
revenue growth, meet sales targets, and increase market share.
â Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
â Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills,
product knowledge, and overall performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and
growth.
⢠Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and
competitor activities to ensure your team remains competitive and informed.
⢠Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client
interactions, and team performance. Provide regular reports to senior management
regarding the teamâs progress and market conditions.
⢠Problem Solving: Resolve any operational or sales-related issues promptly, ensuring
minimal disruption to the teamâs workflow.
⢠Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with other departments (marketing,
legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services to clients.
⢠Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure that all transactions comply with local
regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 3-8 years in a
supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and sales
processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients, team members, and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate software tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A professional attitude with the highest level of integrity.
A valid real estate license (if required in your region).
