Solution Consultant - Presales - IT (7-15 yrs)

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the supply chain domain (AAAS & SAAS).

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs.

- Lead the pre-sales efforts, including but not limited to, creating proposals, demos, and presentations for potential customers.

- Design solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging best practices and industry trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to the supply chain domain.

- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, serving as their advocate within the company.

- Become an expert in our products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers.

- Provide training and resources to customers to ensure they are fully equipped to use our products/services effectively.

- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products/services.

- Gather and analyse customer feedback, working with product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Track and report on key customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and product adoption.

- Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues, working with internal teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.

- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and foster long-term relationships.
