- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent across various digital marketing roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and extending candidate offers.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies to inform decisions.
RequirementsQualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry or a fast-paced agency environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
