• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent across various digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, PPC experts, and more.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and showcase the company as a great place to work.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry or a fast-paced agency environment.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
