Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Account Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing and client servicing
Role Overview:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-performing digital marketing strategies. Your focus will be on managing client relationships and overseeing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads without direct execution responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance to achieve their goals.
- Regularly update clients with campaign progress, reports, and insights.
- Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and oversee high-impact marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with clients KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and lead generation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Management & Oversight
- Coordinate with internal execution teams to ensure campaign setup, optimization, and performance delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
- Review analytics and reports to assess the success of campaigns and guide adjustments.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Support in planning and allocating resources for effective campaign execution.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing efforts further.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- Exceptional client servicing skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency setting managing multiple clients.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
