Introduction: Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Lead and spearhead our company s digital marketing initiatives. As a key leader within our marketing department, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand s presence and drive sustainable
What Youll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and elevate brand visibility.
- Direct and innovate growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the company s objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to anticipate digital marketing trends and proactively adapt strategies.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Utilize advanced analytics to assess the customer journey across all digital channels and touchpoints, providing actionable insights.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing ROI and KPIs to refine future strategies.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and paid digital advertising initiatives to optimize returns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and SEO teams, as well as external partners, to ensure cohesive messaging and exceptional digital experiences.
- Analyse web traffic and campaign metrics to provide strategic recommendations and improvements.
- Lead presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing campaign results, insights, and achievements.
- Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or Masters in Marketing.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Lead position with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and other essential digital marketing tools.
- Skilled in content management systems (CMS) and knowledgeable in web design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
