Role Overview:
As an Account Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will drive business growth through account management, sales strategy, customer relationships, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Handle a large PSU banking account with a focus on business development, relationship-building, and internal collaboration.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth through innovative contracting models and direct client engagement.
- Adoption & Ecosystem: Build a cross-functional account ecosystem to boost product adoption and maximize revenue.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong client relationships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing escalations.
- Revenue Growth: Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and increasing sales volumes while tracking key sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 6 years in key account management, preferably with PSU banks.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in driving customer success and revenue growth.
