Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Partner Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and partnership development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong track record in building and managing channel partnerships, as well as farming and hunting new accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth through channel sales, alliances, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Actively hunt for new business partnerships and farm existing relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, enablement, and support.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Track partner performance and optimize strategies to enhance partner-led revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create partner-specific campaigns and lead-generation programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the B2B SaaS space.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or channel sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability in channel partner acquisition and management with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience in hunting (new business development) and farming (account management and growth).
