Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Salesforce services in India through B2B sales & freelancing platforms like Upwork.
- Achieve an annual - 1 Cr revenue target with a focus on quantity-based execution.
- Generate and convert leads via cold calling, email outreach, and proposals.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Develop strategies to expand client outreach and maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends and market insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce services sales in India.
- Proven success in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition via Upwork.
- Experience managing a team of 2-3 BDEs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B IT/SaaS sales.
- Exposure to international clients.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
