Partnerships & Sales Lead (Founding Team) - Disruptive B2B SaaS Startup

Early-stage | Equity included | Bengaluru (Hybrid) | US Market Focus

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

- 4-9 years in B2B SaaS Sales & Partnerships (startups only).


- 3+ years selling complex SaaS solutions to CXOs (CFOs/CTOs preferred).


- 0- 1 experience: Built sales/partnerships processes from scratch at an early-stage startup.


- End-to-end sales ownership: Led deals from lead gen - demo - pilot - close ($50K+ ACV).


Skills:


- Partnerships mastery: Partnered with accounting firms, ISVs, or fintech ecosystems.


- Project management: Navigated 6-12 month sales cycles with pilots and custom demos.


- US market exposure: Sold to global clients (bonus for US/EU focus).


Non-negotiables:


- Willing to work until 4 AM IST (US time zone).


- Graduated/Post Graduate


- Based in Bengaluru or ready to relocate.
