SplashLearn - Product Manager (4-8 yrs)

About the Role

In this role you'd be leading one of our PM squads and help SplashLearn in its mission of becoming the most loved learning product globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the squad's goal and work with partner teams in design, technology & content teams to meet the objectives

2. Identify strategic areas for their product area and discover opportunities to go after them.

3. Define KPIs for their product area, validate project candidates basis predicted impact and measure & communicate impact of shipped features.

4. Define & prioritise the product roadmap balancing short term wins & long term value creation

5. Execute independently with high quality & a clear focus on creating impact.

6. Analyse, Learn, Improve, Repeat.

7. Clearly communicate our strategy, roadmap and our key metrics in regular product sync-ups to peers & other teams

You should apply if you're someone:

1. With 1-4 years of digital Product Management experience

2. Education background: Preferably from Tier 1 college

3. Who has shipped several high impact features end-to-end in their previous organisation

4. Who has worked on a consumer internet product, specifically on problems related to growth, engagement & retention.

5. Who feels at home diving into data & drawing out insights. Can see the difference between good hypothesis backed a/b testing v/s "let's see if this floats".

6. Who think deep and bring clarity to what the want. Uses judgement & experience to take good decisions.

7. With a strong sense of ownership and a passion for product management.
