Position: Assistant Manager- Growth & Retention Marketing

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or related field

Location: Remote

Role & Responsibilities:

1.) CRM Strategy Development & Execution:

- Design and implement CRM strategies using platforms like Clevertap or MoEngage to boost customer engagement and retention.

- Manage cross-channel campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights. Stay updated on platform features and ensure efficient workflows.

2.) Email Marketing & Automation:

- Create and execute personalized email campaigns, using segmentation and automation tools.

- Develop responsive HTML templates and ensure cross-device compatibility.

- Automate onboarding, re-engagement, and nurturing workflows.

3.) Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights.

- Track key metrics, such as engagement and conversion rates, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns.

4.) Customer Segmentation & Targeting:

- Segment customer base based on behavior and data patterns.

- Develop tailored strategies for each segment.

5.) Domain Health & Deliverability:

- Ensure optimal email deliverability by conducting regular health checks, monitoring sender reputation, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve deliverability issues.

Skills Required:

1.) Strong understanding of CRM principles, including segmentation, personalization, automation & setting goals.

2.) Proficiency in HTML/CSS for mail template customisation and responsive design.

3.) Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

4.) Certifications in Clevertap or MoEngage platform are desirable but not required.
