Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Content Ideation & Viral Strategy: Design and implement creative, engaging campaigns tailored for SplashLearn's target audience (educators, parents, and students) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit. Aim for content that is highly shareable, relatable, and has the potential to go viral.

- Trend Monitoring & Cultural Relevance: Keep a pulse on global trends, educational news, and popular content to create timely, relevant posts that resonate with SplashLearn's community. Ensure content reflects SplashLearn's mission to inspire learning, with an emphasis on cultural relevance and engagement.

- Community Building & Engagement: Actively engage with the SplashLearn community, fostering relationships by responding to comments and messages, creating a positive and supportive space, and growing a loyal following.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, and traffic. Provide regular reports to inform future strategy and optimize campaign performance.

- Competitive & Industry Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and analyze industry developments to stay ahead of trends. Seek inspiration and continuously refine social media tactics to align with best practices in the education and ed-tech space.

- Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and product marketing, to ensure alignment in brand messaging and storytelling across all content. Partner with influencers and educators to enhance brand credibility and expand reach.

- Influencer Strategy & Partnerships: Develop and execute a strategy to engage educational influencers with authentic, relevant followings. Build a strong influencer pool that supports product promotions, brand storytelling, and campaign reach.


- Thought Leadership & Internal Alignment: Act as a social media thought leader within SplashLearn, educating internal teams on social media trends and best practices to ensure consistent, brand-aligned publishing.

- Video & Visual Content Mastery: Create and oversee the production of visually compelling stills, short-form videos, and educational content (like tutorials and explainer videos) that engage and inform our audience.

- Social Media Trends & Experimentation: Keep the team informed on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and engagement techniques, constantly experimenting to keep SplashLearn at the forefront of digital education content.
