Manager - Social Media (6-10 yrs)

Position Summary:

- Social Media Manager will work to refine the strategic messaging for each brand and also advertising on social channels.

- You will need to ensure all communications are consistent with the brand's positioning, essence, and "DNA".

- You will also work with internal/external partners to develop and deliver a media mix/plan that is effective and efficient in terms of ROI/ROAS

- Person needs to Collaborate with the internal teams at ETS India to create effective copy and campaigns to increase our test taker base.

- As a content writer, we would like you to create compelling content for social media handles, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collaterals for various platforms. Also for posts, short videos, stories and reels for our social platforms.

- Provide guidance and input on digital content strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and preference.

- Ensure content is developed and implemented for local market needs.

- Continually assess performance and KPI's (follower growth, engagement and conversion rates) to quickly pivotas needed.

- Content strategy should balance brand building objectives.

- Drive Growth through YouTube Test Prep Channel

- Engage Gen Z audience through Insta and FB.

- Collaborating with partners and doing collab with partners

- Influencers identifying and creating a plan to drive awareness and sales through the channel
