Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our IT team and contribute to SAP projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, customization, support, and maintenance of SAP systems to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Implementation and Customization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, etc.).
• Provide technical and functional support during SAP implementations and upgrades.

2. System Monitoring and Maintenance

• Monitor SAP systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve SAP system issues and ensure minimal downtime.

3. User Support and Training

• Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues related to SAP applications.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new SAP functionalities and features.

4. Integration and Enhancements

• Assist in the integration of SAP with other IT systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom enhancements and reports.

5. Documentation

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Develop user manuals and guidelines.

6. Compliance and Best Practices

• Ensure SAP processes comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in SAP projects or IT support roles.
• Knowledge of SAP customization tools (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, Basis).
• Familiarity with database management systems and integration tools.
• SAP certification in specific modules (optional but advantageous).
