Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and define system requirements for providing SAP solutions

Analyse user data to identify trends and opportunities for business process improvements

Provide guidance and support to business users on how to use SAP solutions effectively

Review and Approval of SAP Changes/Modification

Analyse issues that SAP users are experiencing and make the necessary modifications required to fix the issue

Recognise user issues and collaborate with your supporting partner if significant configuration changes are required

Review and Approval of SAP user authorisation Change/Modification

As an In-house consultant play a crucial role in the SAP Implementation, Roll-out process by making crucial decision and Assisting users during testing and OQ execution, in addition to overseeing & facilitating required data/Information for project delivery on time

Master data Creation/Change based on the requirement

Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to SAP

Demonstrate personal leadership attributes incorporating a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning

Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes with respect to organizational requirement

To oversee the Information & Digital Solutions (IDS) activities across the Cohance Lifesciences Limited

To execute, review, and monitor all the activities handled under IDS SOPs

To prepare & review the Corporate SOPs and provide training to the employees
