Job Summary:

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Jalgaon. The role involves handling day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining compliance with operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval.

2. Inventory Management:

• Perform daily inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and documentation of materials.
• Report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly.

3. Order Fulfillment:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to schedules.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist in maintaining records of dispatched goods.

4. Warehouse Maintenance:

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Conduct regular checks of storage equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Follow proper procedures for the safe handling of materials.

5. Compliance:

• Adhere to company policies and warehouse safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing/logistics are a plus.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
