Position Title: IT Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Networking:
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of networking systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network issues to ensure seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance and security to identify and resolve potential risks.

2. Hardware:

• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform regular hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure timely upgrades and replacements of IT hardware as per company standards.

3. Implementation and Troubleshooting:

• Assist in the deployment and support of IT infrastructure projects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and issue resolution processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the IT Manager regarding ongoing tasks and resolved issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and hardware components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
