Job Description
Technical IT AND Non-Technical Recruitment
Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT/EC) and Non-Technical requirements of Domestic staff at Pan India locations as per the timelines
Sourcing and screening resumes, Headhunting
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status
Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates
Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining
Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals
Maintain database and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Stakeholder management, coordination with hiring managers
Successful joining of candidate achieving the targeted joining numbers
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
