Job Overview

At Space Palette, the Project Coordinator will facilitate the seamless execution of interior design projects from planning through to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily project activities, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to meet project objectives
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, project managers and clients to clarify project scope and requirements
• Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle, ensuring swift resolution
• Closely working with all the verticals and bridge the gap
• Keep the timely update to the clients
• Preparing and sending MOMs across
• Conduct Daily, Weekly, Project and Client meetings

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in project coordination or similar role in interior design or construction
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
