Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Executive to assist in managing the interior works of a world-class spa at Odespa, Hyderabad. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, on-site execution, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to support the projects success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
2. On-Site Management
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Identify and address any deviations or challenges in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Ensure the site meets safety and quality standards at all times.
3. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily site logs, material usage, and work progress.
• Prepare regular reports for the Project Manager, highlighting key updates and potential issues.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and change orders.
4. Vendor & Material Coordination
• Track material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on-site.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and ensuring timely completion of work.
5. Support Functions
• Coordinate meetings and presentations as needed by the Project Manager.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project operations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure execution aligns with the overall vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior works, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project execution, preferably in spa, hospitality, or luxury projects.
• Strong understanding of interior work processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with interior fit-outs and luxury design elements.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Experience in sustainable building practices.
