Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the wellness & hospitality industry. This role involves developing strategic relationships with potential clients, (Hotels, Malls, High Street locations) planning and executing Business Development strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to establish new outlets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the wellness & hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and research potential clients (Hotels, Malls, High Street locations) and new market opportunities for setting up Wellness Spas.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new business.
Generate leads through networking, meeting clients, and attending industry events and conferences.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Conduct presentations and spa centre visits to showcase venue options and services.
Negotiate & sign off contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on new opportunities and revenue forecasts.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and potential areas for business development.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at potential clients.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the wellness, retail and hospitality industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the wellness, hospitality and retail industry, including market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactive and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Additional Requirements:
This job requires extensive travel within City / State or multiple locations. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent travel to client sites and event locations.
Interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.
