Travel Operations (Short Haul Holidays) | 5-10 Years

JD for the Role:

1. Accountable for Destination/Product wise Profitability across the Short haul Holidays Business for both brands.

2. To work closely with the Contracting team/Airline team to renegotiate the rates for better margins.

3. Collaborate with Quotations and Sales team to ensure a smooth takeover post Sales Conversions.

4. To enhance customer experience by personalized and presentable handover process

5. Work with Products team and arrive at prompt and effective resolution of on tour issues.

6. To maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders (especially suppliers)

7. To ensure the ZERO liability

8. Through innovation and quick thinking bring about relevant process related changes.

9. Drive tracking of customer feedback and implement changes as required.

10. To maintain product cost as per the SOM (Statement of Margin)/cost sheet decided by the management.

11. Work closely with the sales team for any changes post Sales confirmation and closely monitor any impact on the profitability of the files.

12. Follow the set SOPs thoroughly.

13. Make sure of error free and zero defect delivery to the customer.

14. To ensure the rates received from our suppliers are competitive and negotiated.

15. Follow set Turn Around Time and provide each customer is given a comprehensive handover that creates a wow experience.

16. To establish contact with the client while on tour to take feedback.

17. To generate repeat customers through delivery of superior customer experience.
