Business Development Manager

• Location: Pune, Mumbai, Rajasthan, Punjab
• Working days- 6 days (10:30 am to 7:30 pm)
• Skills- Travel Agent networks, B2B, Visa, Vendor/Agent Management

Role & responsibilities

• Onboard travel agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
• Assist agents with KYC (Know Your Customer) document collection and completion.
• Facilitate visa applications for agents' clients, including gathering necessary documents and submitting them to relevant authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service to travel agents and their clients.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to agent onboarding and visa processing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior 3- 8 years of experience in the travel industry (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with outbound tourism and travel agent operations (a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or currently pursuing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
