Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage group travel arrangements for 200+ participants.
• Handle and coordinate all aspects of visa documentation and processing.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel-related vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders involved in the travel process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any travel-related issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in visa documentation and travel coordination.
• Hands-on experience in managing large group travel (200+ people).
• Ability to work efficiently with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in travel management.
