Asst. Manager - Travel Sales

Role Description

The role involves:

• Promote and sell company products, packages and special offers.
• Plan and organize travel itineraries for clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide travel-related assistance.
• Coordinate with travel vendors and suppliers for smooth functioning of Tours
• Provide detailed and accurate travel information to clients.
• Assist clients with travel-related issues and offer solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with travel and aviation trends and emerging destinations.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Minimum of 2 - 7 years experience in a travel agency or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
