Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager with a robust background in Media Entertainment to join our Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the industry, demonstrating a proven track record of managing high-profile business, leading strategic campaigns, and driving brand success. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to foster strong media relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Brand Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Communications for the brand.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the media fraternity
3. Understand business objectives and develop tailored PR strategies to meet goals.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR campaigns, including media relations, content creation, social media strategy, and event planning.
2. Oversee the creation of compelling and effective communication materials, including press releases, media kits, and presentations.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and actionable insights.

Team Leadership:
1. Manage and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews with the agency partners and identify opportunities for professional development.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership in the business to achieve business growth targets.

Media Relations:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts in the Consumer and Media Entertainment industries.
2. Secure high-impact media coverage for the business through proactive pitching and strategic media outreach.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage media opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in PR, with a focus on Consumer and Media Entertainment.
Proven track record of managing high-profile businesses and delivering successful PR campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of the media landscape and industry trends.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
