Job Title: SM /AGM-PR and Public Affairs
Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:
Pristyn Care is looking for a Senior Manager/Associate General Manager in PR and Public Affairs to oversee our communications strategy, drive brand reputation, and enhance relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a seasoned professional with suitable experience in start ups and preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in crisis communications, media relations, public affairs, industry relations, internal communications, online reputation management (ORM), and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic PR & Media Relations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, acting as the primary spokesperson for Pristyn Care.
- Drive media engagement, securing high-quality coverage across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
Crisis Communications:
- Proactively manage issues and crises to safeguard Pristyn Care's reputation.
- Prepare and execute crisis communication plans and coordinate with senior leadership to provide timely responses to mitigate reputational risks.
Public Affairs & Government Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, regulators, and industry associations to ensure compliance and foster a supportive regulatory environment.
- Represent Pristyn Care at industry events, conferences, and meetings to advance the brand's public affairs agenda.
Industry Relations & CSR:
- Collaborate with key industry stakeholders to enhance Pristyn Care's role as a thought leader in healthcare innovation.
- Drive CSR initiatives that align with Pristyn Care's values, mission, and goals, positioning the brand as a responsible healthcare leader.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
- Oversee ORM strategies to monitor and enhance the brand's online presence.
- Manage any negative sentiment or feedback online by implementing proactive and reactive strategies.
Internal Communications:
- Lead internal communications to ensure consistent and transparent messaging within the organization.
- Support leadership in communicating with employees, fostering a positive and cohesive work culture.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies that promote strong relationships with Pristyn Care's internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and execute communication initiatives that align with stakeholder interests and reinforce the company's mission.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in PR and Public Affairs is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations and public affairs, with a proven track record in both startup and corporate settings.
- Strong experience in healthcare communications or a deep understanding of the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Expertise in crisis communications, media relations, industry relations, and internal communications.
- Hands-on experience with online reputation management (ORM) and CSR initiatives.
- Proven ability to work with regulatory and government bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
