V-Guard - Lead - Public Relation & Internal Communication (6-12 yrs)

We are seeking a self-driven and highly skilled corporate communication specialist to join our Brand & Communications team. The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 8 years of expertise in managing PR, LinkedIn, and Internal Communications within a reputed corporate setting. Job Description:

PR and LinkedIn Management:

- Build PR Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organizations vision, business goals, and brand positioning.

- Create PR Opportunities: Identify and craft narratives that bring out diverse facets of the organisation and its people, in addition to standard events such as product launches, financial results, and corporate events.

- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies to drive positive, widespread coverage.

- Internal Stakeholders Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant insights and ensure press materials are accurate, clear, and reflective of V-Guards voice.

- LinkedIn Management: Strategically leverage LinkedIn to elevate V-Guard's brand presence, showcase achievements, and engage with a professional audience.

- Crisis communication: Prepare and execute crisis communication plans, crafting statements, FAQs, and advising leadership on media engagement to protect V-Guard's reputation.

Internal Communications:

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, Sales and other business units to align on communication goals, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful delivery.

- Develop Marketing Collaterals: Design and produce marketing assets, including emailers, banners, videos, and website content, to support engagement and internal communication initiatives.

- Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, such as annual summits, foundation day celebrations, and college outreach programs, creating engaging experiences for all participants.

- Special Projects Management: Lead special communication projects such as factory videos, corporate presentation showcasing V-Guard's achievements in a compelling way.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Education: Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in corporate communication, with a strong focus on PR, events, and internal communication within a reputed corporate environment.

- Communication Assets Development: Proven experience in designing and developing communication assets like videos, emailers, banners, and websites.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration.

- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of corporate communication best practices and the ability to adapt strategies to support organizational objectives.
