About the Role:

As the PR Manager for the Founder's Office, you will work closely with the executive leadership to craft and amplify the company's narrative.

This role demands a strategic communicator who can manage high-impact media relations, build thought leadership, and support the Founder's vision in the public domain.

You will serve as the key liaison between the Founders and the media, ensuring consistent, compelling, and strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the Founder's vision and company objectives.

- Enhance the personal brand of the Founders through thought leadership content, keynote placements, and media opportunities.

- Manage high-level media relations, including relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers.

- Coordinate public appearances, interviews, and speaking engagements for the Founders.

- Craft and edit speeches, articles, and press materials for the Founders and other key stakeholders.

- Oversee crisis communication strategies to safeguard the Founders' and the company's reputation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PR efforts with business goals and marketing campaigns.

- Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Track and analyze PR campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to C-suite or leadership teams.

- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and editing skills.

- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and work with senior leadership.

- Established media network across industry verticals.

- Proficiency in PR tools, analytics, and media monitoring platforms.
