- As a Public Relations Professional, you will be responsible for managing the public image and reputation of our organization.
- You will work to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders including media outlets, customers, investors, and the general public.
- Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives, coordinating media campaigns, organizing events, and handling crisis communications.
- Your ultimate goal will be to enhance the visibility and reputation of our organization while effectively communicating our messages to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals.
- Pitch stories, press releases, and other materials to media outlets to secure coverage.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media briefings.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media metrics and sentiment.
- Write and edit press releases, articles, speeches, blog posts, and other communication materials.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Serve as a spokesperson during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to the media and the public.
- Monitor social media and other online platforms for potential issues and proactively address them.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Respond to inquiries and feedback from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- The position may involve working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
