Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts/ portfolios.
- Follow-up and negotiate with delinquent customers: Helping in high-level negotiations and escalations with delinquent B2B customers by calling and sending reminders, demand/ Dunning Letters, delinquent notices to overdue accounts.
- Strong analytical/ MIS skills to be able to understand collection numbers and churn out constructive reports/ analysis and projections.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve communication and
procedures.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
- Reporting: Tracking assigned project performance and weekly & and monthly reporting to the direct Supervisor.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data - and create financial models for decision support.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Ensure cost optimizations through effective utilization of resources.
- Working with Business leadership to provide the required information/ inputs from the finance point of view for periodic reviews and decision-making.
- seeking efficiency areas and enabling them to measure BU's financial performance.
- Coordination with finance-shared services for finance-specific operations.
- Creation, tracking and analysis of monthly & and annual Revenue/ P&L forecasting.
- Variance analysis of revenue and cost - against the annual plan and prepare AOP.
- Identifying and driving cost control initiatives - channel cost and fixed cost optimization.
- Marketing cost - tracking and ROI evaluation.
- Project planning and evaluation - network expansion.
- Ensure maintenance of Data archives for easy consumption whenever required.
Candidate Requirements :
- Education: CA mandatory
- 10+ years of overall experience, with hardcore experience in heavy operation business/ OTC collections and business finance .
- Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, goal-oriented and should possess problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required.
- Self-starter who is action-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and intensely deadline-driven environment.
