Territory Sales Incharge

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets for consumer electronics products in general trade.
• Drive overall sales growth by identifying and targeting new opportunities in the market.

2.Channel Management:

• Implement the company's sales and distribution strategies/plans for business development.
• Identify, select, motivate, and engage channel partners.
• Expand the channel network to ensure extensive product availability within the assigned territory.
• Train and mentor channel partners and sales promoters to build competence in selling products effectively.

3.Marketing & Promotional Activities:

• Coordinate retail activities and in-store branding initiatives at the counters.
• Communicate and manage schemes to Dealers and Distributors.
• Manage key retail outlets like Sony World and Sony Exclusives.
• Conduct local marketing activities within the assigned territory to enhance product visibility and demand.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA / Graduate
• Experience: 7-14 years
• Location: Kolkata

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, market trends, sales planning, financial planning, and customer outreach programs.
