• Language Skills:

• • Good in Japanese speaking skills.
  • Candidate should be able to converse with the customers who are purely dependent on Japanese language.
  • Candidate should be able to understand and comprehend the technical requirements and mails written in Japanese.
  • Candidate should have fairly good writing skills to reply back to mails or write technical document in Japanese.
  • Good communication skills in English as well
  • JLPT N3 or above certification is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Good working experience & knowledge in Object Oriented Programming language (Preferably Python or Java & any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest etc)
- Good experience & knowledge in web application automation & related tools/packages (like selenium or other alternatives)
- Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure.
- Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)

[Responsibilities and Duties]:

•  Communicate with customers and developers in Japanese in understanding requirements, holding technical discussions, meeting etc
  and be a technical bridge between JP and India team.
• Responsible for replaying queries, mails and any other communication on behalf of the team in Japanese.

• Lead the small Python Automation Test Team
• Understanding of the test target and processes involved
• Design, Develop, Execute and Maintenance of Test cases for automation
• Defect Exploration, Failure Analysis and Reporting
• Defect Triage.
• Measure and track KPIs for the application under your leadership
• Technical support to the team to achieve the quality deliverables.
• Train the team and new joiners on the Domain, Process and Tools
