The Impact You ll Make in this Role As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
This role is responsible for marketing of the Active Wound Care / Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) in India.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product management, event coordination, marketing communications as well as marketing operational tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department s activities.
Key stakeholders include Country Division Sales and Marketing Teams, Channel and Commercial Excellence, Global Medical Sciences/Scientific Affairs Education, Service Operations.
This role reports to the Country Business Leader and will work closely with the Country Marketing Specialist
Role Responsibilities
Event Management
Coordinate and manage events, such as peer-to-peer educational sessions, conferences and trade shows. Activities include:
Creating and maintaining a planning calendar for all events
Sourcing and booking of venues, exhibition spaces
Handling of event logistics, catering and hospitality arrangements, participant attendance and processing (forms, badges etc), product samples and collaterals
Proactive collaboration with Health Care Compliance (HCC) to ensure all events/sponsorship follows the processes (eg GEMSC approval) and meets compliance requirements
Ensure compliance checks and integrity assessments are processed as necessary.
Product Marketing and Marcoms
Assist in New Product launches.
Compile market research, competitor analyses to inform strategy development and execution plans.
Support the development/localization of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital contents
Compile campaign analytics, adoption trends and sales results; develop comprehensive reports to measure and optimize program performance
Digital Marketing Support
Support the Sales and Marketing Partnership (SMP) process by acting as the Lead Operator.
Support marketing manager in the setup and smooth execution of the SMP lead management process.
Monitor the incoming marketing leads daily and ensure leads are assigned promptly to relevant sales reps for follow up.
Monitor and review leads in queue and lead conversion status with marketing and sales teams regularly.
Support in the execution and optimization of campaigns/activities. These include, but are not limited to, the creation of web forms, customer contact acquisitions, online surveys, review of campaign analytics.
Marketing Operations
Management of purchase orders, invoices and payment follow up for vendors
Management of marketing samples and collaterals inventory
Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department s activities
Support marketing manager in organizing projects as needed
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
3 - 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry
Digital marketing experience will be advantageous.
Good understanding of marketing principles and office management
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Hands on, attention to details, organized
Good knowledge of MS Office, martech platforms such as SFDC CRM, Eloqua, PBI, Adobe
Independent, resourceful, able to influence and work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines
