The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Content Marketing:
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Product Marketing:
Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits.
Create product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos, to support sales efforts.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand reach and drive growth.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and return on investment (ROI).
Event Management:
Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the companys products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts and product offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising principles.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content.
