Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Always Dial. This role will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies and execution across various cities in Bihar, with the primary reporting location in Gaya. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of local markets, and a passion for digital and traditional marketing to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple cities in Bihar, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the local marketing teams across Bihar, providing direction and support for campaign execution, digital initiatives, and offline promotions.
• Market Research Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Utilize data to drive decisions and adapt marketing efforts for optimal results.
• Campaign Management: Design and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company s objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing to drive online visibility and engagement.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials, and help strengthen the Always Dial brand across Bihar.
• Collaboration Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing strategies with business goals. Provide detailed monthly reports and analysis of performance to the senior management team based in Gaya.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and trade shows to boost brand awareness and client acquisition.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in B2B or service-based industries is a plus.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and report on key marketing metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in Bihar.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various cities across Bihar for on-ground marketing activities.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
