We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Marketing Managerto drive our digital and content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website content, executing digital campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness through various marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Website Content & Graphics: Manage, update, and optimize website content with engaging graphics to improve user experience and lead conversion.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content to engage prospects and customers.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to enhance brand presence.
- Webinars & Online Events: Organize and promote webinars and virtual events to educate prospects and generate leads.
- PPC Advertising: Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO, to improve search rankings.
- Product Listings & Digital Presence: Ensure accurate and compelling product listings across digital marketplaces and directories.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop product brochures, data sheets, presentations, and other sales enablement materials
- Customer Testimonials & Case Studies: Gather and create compelling success stories to showcase customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Drive lead generation through email campaigns, referral programs, and webinars. Implement lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into customers.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Conduct periodic quality surveys and passive retention activities to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in managing social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or WiFi solutions marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools like Zoho Campaigns, Surveys, Social, Analytics etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is a plus.
