Profile: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Logicon brand presence and drive business growth. This role demands expertise in both digital and offline marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
Set and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
Digital Marketing Oversee the companys online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media channels
Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, social media, PPC, etc
) to drive lead generation and brand awareness
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs and ROI
Branding Positioning Strengthen the Logicon brand as a trusted global partner for industrial automation and digital transformation
Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels, including presentations, brochures, and online content
Create compelling content that showcases Logicons expertise, innovations, and success stories
Offline Marketing Plan and manage participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility and connect with target audiences
Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and support their outreach activities
Build relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers
Collaboration Leadership Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve excellence in execution
Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA preferred
Experience: 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
