Marketing Manager

Profile: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Logicon brand presence and drive business growth. This role demands expertise in both digital and offline marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Marketing Strategy Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
• Set and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Digital Marketing Oversee the companys online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media channels
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, social media, PPC, etc
• ) to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs and ROI
• Branding Positioning Strengthen the Logicon brand as a trusted global partner for industrial automation and digital transformation
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communication channels, including presentations, brochures, and online content
• Create compelling content that showcases Logicons expertise, innovations, and success stories
• Offline Marketing Plan and manage participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance visibility and connect with target audiences
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and support their outreach activities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers
• Collaboration Leadership Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve excellence in execution
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Experience: 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
