Job Profile
We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for maintaining strong technical delivery to our customers and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. The Service Delivery Manager may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of inventory. The main tasks of a Service Delivery Manager, however, include managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which they have responsibility
  • Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service line.
  • Assist sales teams by handling technical presentations, proposals and discussions \u200b
    \u2981 Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
    \u2981 Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
    \u2981 Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
    \u2981 Managing finances and budgets.
    \u2981 Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
    \u2981 Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
    \u2981 Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
    \u2981 Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
    • Must be able to identify appropriate product/service offerings to meet the client\u2019s needs
    • Must make decisions, such as prioritize relationships to develop, negotiate with customers and overcome obstacles.

      Requirements
      \u2981A Bachelors degree in a Business-related field.
      \u2981Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
      \u2981Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
      \u2981Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
      \u2981Good resource planning skills.
      \u2981Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
      \u2981Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
