Roles & Responsibilities
\u2981Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
\u2981Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
\u2981Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
\u2981Promote the company\u2019s products/services addressing or predicting clients\u2019 objectives.
\u2981Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
\u2981Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
\u2981Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
\u2981Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
\u2981Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements
\u2981Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role.
\u2981Proven sales track record.
\u2981Experience in customer support is a plus.
\u2981Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g. Salesforce)
\u2981Proficiency in English.
\u2981Market knowledge.
\u2981Communication and negotiation skills.
\u2981Ability to build rapport.
\u2981Time management and planning skills.
\u2981BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
