We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager/Director to join our team and grow our portfolio by acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships. He/she should be an expert in consultative selling of Human Resource Solutions (e.g. training courses, webinars, eLearning, coaching, outsourcing, and offsites).
Responsibilities:
Help in solving Client Business problems through LSF Global s 1000+ products/ services.
Finds new Clients through networking, channel referrals, and industry research.
Nurtures existing Client relationships to support their strategic people needs.
Completes pipeline reporting, transactions, and project management as per company systems.
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
Teams up with colleagues to arrange demons/ consultations with subject matter experts.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 or above years experience in Corporate Sales or Client Management.
Prior experience in providing HR Solutions to Companies (like Training, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or Payroll).
Experience in working with Senior Management Stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive the long sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Comfortable in closing both small ticket and multi-million dollar contracts.
Skills Needed:
Demonstrated ability to network, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
