Job Description
- Help in solving Client Business problems through LSF Global s 1000+ products/ services.
- Finds new Clients through networking, channel referrals, and industry research.
- Nurtures existing Client relationships to support their strategic people needs.
- Completes pipeline reporting, transactions, and project management as per company systems.
- Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
- Teams up with colleagues to arrange demons/ consultations with subject matter experts.
- Minimum 2 or above years experience in Corporate Sales or Client Management.
- Prior experience in providing HR Solutions to Companies (like Training, HR Consulting, Recruitment, or Payroll).
- Experience in working with Senior Management Stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive the long sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Comfortable in closing both small ticket and multi-million dollar contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to network, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
