The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in its day-to-day operations and provide assistance with a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

Policy and Compliance Support: Help ensure HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and internal standards. Assist in updating employee handbooks and compliance documents.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
